HOW DO I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?

You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been packed.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes! Shop via our currency tab and select your country! Shipping to US temporarily has been suspended as a result of new import tariff requirements. 

REFUND POLICY

We pride ourselves on providing the best for our FLS Customers; all of our products are examined prior to being sent out, however if there are any issues with your purchase on arrival send us an email and we'll be more than happy to replace them for you. We do not provide refunds or replacements for change of mind purchases.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

To start a return, please email a photo of the damages to: info@fromlesouth.com and we will review.  Please ensure you contact our team before sending any packages back to us as we need to communicate prior. All products and goods must be returned in original condition with a copy of the invoice. We do not provide returns 14 days from purchase date.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

HOW LONG WILL MY AIR FRESHENER LAST?

Our air fresheners last between 10-15 days. This will vary depending on climate conditions. The intensity of the smell will depend on the cleanliness of your car and the exposure it receives to air and where it is placed. To ensure a long lasting scent remove air freshener from packaging over a period of time. Check out our How to use tab!

💡- You can also spray or add drops of your favourite essential oil or perfume on the airfreshener & reuse it after scent is no longer there.🙌🏽

HOW SHOULD I PLACE MY AIR FRESHENER?

Hang it up on the rear vision mirror of your car for the freshest look! If this isn't possible, then place your air freshener in any safe visible place. Suitable also for small rooms and offices.
